Refund and Returns Policy

As a manufacturer of medical equipment, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Please review the following policy for details on refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Refund and Return Period

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and certification documents.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory constraints:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain biological materials, if applicable).
  • Intimate or sanitary medical devices.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Some health and personal care items (as specified by regulatory guidelines).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Items with obvious signs of use that affect their resale or functionality.
  • Products where original packaging is damaged or missing (unless due to our shipping error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will then be notified via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement (processing times may vary by institution).
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to inquire about pending transactions.
  3. If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@bmv.cc for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items (verified by our quality team). To request an exchange for the same product:

  1. Email us at marketing@bmv.cc with details of the defect or damage, including photos if possible.
  2. Ship the item to, pls contact sales manager or BMV UEM’s Logistics& Distribution Dep. at oa@bmv.c .

Please include your order number and contact information in the shipment.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you shortly after.
  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
